One who is inwardly homosexual, however avoids such feelings of intimacy around or with other men, and refuses to come out of the closet. A run-away bunny tends to overcompensate in his manliness, by being a true "man's man", however in the privacy of their own company they are the quintessential flamer. The term run-away bunny comes from the individuals need to "run away" from their feelings of sexual intimacy for other men.
Jackson is such a run-away bunny, he's always working out and hanging out with the tough guys, but in actuality he's as strait as a hula hoop.
