Go to a graveyard and dig up a woman's corpse who is still fresh but not too fresh. Recommended freshness is around two to three months. Dig up the corpse and take its clothes off. Then proceed to blow into the vagina like you're blowing up a balloon. Blow until you see the skin start to stretch or when you can't blow in anymore. Then run and jump on the dilated stomach.
