What is Rusty Crockpot?

The act of defecating in a crockpot that has leftover food in it. Most frequently occurs in an office setting where an employee leaves a dirty crockpot in the office break room for several days.
I hope Richard O'brien likes the taste of his lunch from that rusty crockpot I left for him in the break room.
