What is Rutgers Crew?

A former powerhouse in the EARC during the 1970's which has since made a steep, drastic decline toward that bottom. The program has two divisions, the varsity and the freshmen, the latter having made a swoop to rock bottom after an 8 length loss to Princeton. Also, Rutgers frosh are predicted to hand over 14 shirts to the Syracuse freshmen in three days.
