used by Japanese players in the MMORPG FFXI. Typically used when someone does something stupid that gets the party killed or has some other negative effect on the situation at hand.
The more lines used in the underscore, the worse it is.

The white mage (who cures everyone during a fight) goes AFK to take a crap without telling anyone so everyone dies. While most North American players will shout and yell and swear, some Japanese Players will just make the sign: -_-)
