If you do manage to get a couple of shots off at him(EXTREMELY UNLIKELY) the bullets will automatically deflect off of him and automatically cause you to have teamkilled one of your friendlies. Therefore, it is best to just stand there and accept your ineviteble doom rather than fighting against it.
