Originally concieved on Yahoo Chat by Steve_011 and iamthepuddle in Computers Lobby:2. It is a term used to call for the mass ignoring of a user in public chat with the aide of the entire room of regualr users who would put the "troll" on ignore. It was named after the UN resolution 1414, for which the USA had reason to goto war with Iraq in 2001.

"Everyone, 1414!" (at which point a mass ignore would be initiated.
