What is 262?

Due to zoning restructuring and changes in area code's, there was speculation of changing the south end of an Ontario city's area code to 262 and leaving the north end as 519. 262 Refer's to the more ghetto group of a population. (the less well off individuals).
A bar scene...
Guy- "Hey, you're pretty hot.. what's your number, I'll call you sometime!?"
Girl - "Hehe, it's 262 --"
Guy - "err... I gotta go... see, I'm a 519..."
