What is 50 Scent?

A person of black descent whose job it seems to offer fragrance to males in the toilets of bars and clubs. These dodgy characters often forcefully attempt to offer you fragrance in the hope you will give them money. They often attack while their victim washes their hands.
"Careful when you go for a piss mate, there's a 50 Scent.."
