2 stepping is like an amazing form of kinda hardcore dancing, but not really as wild, it mostly incorporates, swinging legs, alternatingly, and with each swing comes a hop, with the standing leg.

1. hi over head alternating punches in one direction- VERY FAST
2. punch at ground,on angle,- VERY FAST
3. spin kick
