Tobi fangirl
An uncommon species of fangirl due to people not knowing who tobi really is under the mask. Often from North America or Canada.
This breed of fangirl will generally worship the Naruto character Tobi, to the point of rabid obsession. (Ex. Having posters, plushies, pictures, action figures, videos, fanarts, fanfictions, T-shirts, tobi mask ect. with tobi)
Also may think they are with or married to him. The some people that believe that tobi is obito will often get or wear obito goggles. They will also usulally call them self "good girl" and talking in the third person. Overall, very, VERY dangerous. PLEASE approach with caution.
