always and forever is a term that silly little emo kids use to profess their love for each other, thinking that their relationship will be "always and forever". they are blinded to the fact that they have no idea what love is, and are not actually experiencing it. usually followed by a bitter break up, fighting about deleting each other off their bebo pages and crying all the time.
