The TD04 14b turbo comes stock on 1990-1994 turbo-charged DSMs with a manual transmission. Far superior to the 13g or T-25, the 14b has been known to support around 250WHP, laying waste to Mustangs and Camaros.
The 14b is set at a stock pressure (psi) level of 11.1, making 200HP and 200ft/lbs TQ
