What is [biskin']?

When somone is at a party and acts as if they want to get intoxicated, but doesn't.
For example, they take a beer and pretend to drink, but put there tongue in the hole so no liquid comes out.
Takes a hit of some bud, but holds it in their mouth, not inhaling it.
Or, is at a table with some blow, and as oppose to snortin' some, they move in into shapes like it's some damn moon sand.
I took dude to the party, i thought he was cool, but he was straight biskin' in the bake room.
