But people who were actually born in Pakistan understand fully what this actually means, and do not take any offence from it at all, for it is in fact a compliment. The word 'Paki' actually means 'Pure'. This comes from the meaning of Pakistan, which is 'Pureland'. The 'Stan' means land.
