What is ----------sn *zoom*?

A expression used in the instant messaging program MSN Messenger / Live.
When typed into the program it produces a snail leaving a trail behind it. The "*zoom*" indicates that the snail is moving very fast, which contradicts the normal motion of the said animal. Hence creating somewhat of a joke.
Speedy the Snail, as he is know, was created by Mike, in January 2008.
