Travis Outlaw is a 6'9" NBA forward for the Trailblazers that can out jump anyone. Travis Outlaw is a very good clutch shooter when the game is on the line, he's also not scared to put the ball on the floor to get the crowd into the game. He's one of the young rising stars in the NBA as well.
