The equivilent to "Whats happening?", "Whats Up?" Etc
Often used as a greeting between friends in Wales, especially in it's capital, Cardiff.
Ken: "s' appnin' Bruce?"
Bruce: "Not much slugger, you got summut for me?"
Ken: "Well, ......."
