Coined in praise of Hong Kong news presenter Tony Sabine, to Sabine something is to make a complete arse of yourself by creating non-words, i.e. 'crisisees'.
Past tense - to have Sabined something is to have botched it beyond all hope of repair, losing all credibility in the process.
