What is Sack Juggler?

a guy who wont stop playing with his sweaty sack. the juggle is often accompanied with a quick and subtle sniff of the hand. most often found on sporting fields and in pub toilets where the offender thinks it will go un-noticed.
i really dont like the new guy. he's disgusting. he's a world class sack juggler.
