Sack leg....when a man's scrote gets stuck to the side of his leg, be it from heat, sweat or just plain unsanitary conditions. Once sack-leg is identified, it is usually followed by the "long step" or the "crouch and tug" as to dislodge said scrote.
Damn it's hot out, I hope I don't get any sack-leg today.
