Johnny left the basketball court and desperately raced to the locker-room for a private moment to scratch his itchy, sweaty balls, thus collecting “sack wax” under his fingernails. “Sack wax” can be removed by using a nail file, toothpick or your buddies bath towel like Johnny did.
