What is Sackasplam?

Sackasplam, or Sack-a-splam is a game which appears to originate in South Africa.
The rules, which I won't go into here, are very very simple.
Players of Sackasplam, often use the work Sackasplam when they are having trouble thinking of a word they want to say.
When Sackasplam is used as an alternate word:
"My father told me I should.. thingy.. Ryan"
is replaced with:
"My father told me I should Sackasplam Ryan"
