Sacred Heart Academy (SHA) is an all girls, private Catholic high school located on the border of Hempstead and Garden City. Sacred Heart Academy is one of the most prestigious high schools on Long Island. Student body is composed of middle to upper-middle class girls mostly from Nassau County. Some pastimes include: liturgy, Walkathon, Cotillion, Red & Gold, and winning state championships. Graduates tend to go to BC, Providence, Fairfield, or Villanova.
The average SHA girl goes to every OAR and DMB concert, heads out East during the summer, and dates a Chaminade boy at least once. While SHA girls are conservative, they know how to party and have a good time.

Often referred to as "SHAcademy", It is an extremely preppy all girls school on long island that is ironically located in Hempstead aka the ghetto of Nassau County. Most of the girls that attend "SHA" are pretty wealthy but the school is a piece of crap. 98% of our school is made up of some lovely females from LONG BEACH, GARDEN CITY, or ROCKVILLE CENTRE. And even if you do not live in LB,GC, or RVC you can still be in one of their cliques and if you're not, you're no one.During the week,you would never guess that those girls wearing navy blue and maroon blazers with sophisticated Bass penny loafers (most likely colored in red or gold)are hardcore sluts/alchoholics on the weekends. Long Island's "best and the brightest" work hard but party harder. We are home of the New York State soccer champs, Red and Gold, and some of the hottest bitches around.
