Extreme or restrictive diet control enforced by a dominant on a submissive within the context of sadomasochism (S&M) or domination and submission (D&S) (a broad set of sexual proclivities often cumulatively referred to as " BDSM"). Depending on the couple, the practice may involve goals, deadlines, monitoring, and punishment. For it to be pleasurable to both sides, the sadorexic generally must be both submissive and masochistic.
