A safchazza is a young boy racer wannabe, they can be found on campsites around the country boasting about the cars they own only to be exposed later as a 12year old kid that couldn't drive a scalextric let alone a bentley
"hello, I'm a pikey and I drive a bentley"
Translates to:"I'm only 12 and I wish I had a car"
