A traveller, one who seeks the truth about things; it may be a form of physical travel but can also refer to travelling in the mind and soul.
One who will try or see things for himself by actually going to the place of action, thought or feeling.
1st person: I have never seen this guy in town before?
2nd person: That guy comes from the east, he is a salek, he will be leaving tomorrow for California.
She is so distant, always in her own world, shes such a salek.
