What is Salley Oop?

The female equivalent to the alley oop. Basically, it is an alley oop that end anti climatically with the second player tossing in a lay-up instead of a dunk. Can also be seen outside of womens games in a street game of underskilled, old, or out of shape players.
John: Dude, come on you should have dunked that, it was the perfect alley oop toss, but you punked out.
Phil: Hello, I'm 5 foot 7. . . and can barely touch the net. So I salley ooped it! But two points is two points!
