What is Sanderism?

The act of telling a lie, half-truth or exaggerated story about one's self or a person or entity related to one's self to make one sound more importantor impress the listener, whereby the listener is fully aware of the false information being provided due to it's unrealistic nature, or contradiction to something said earlier by the person, but to save face for both parties doesn't draw attention to the fact the statement is untruthfull.
