What is Sandgater?

Tailgaters at a beach basically. The people at the beach that bring enough crap to hand out an item to every single person at the beach. They bring so many electronics that they could use the power from them to run a small city for a week and the tent they have looks like a midget circus is performing on the beach and can be seen from four and a half miles away. The food they bring looks like a catering service has been hired and usually ends up mostly uneaten.
Jimmy: Look at that jackass sandgater; it looks like he robbed a damn Publix.
Neil: WTF Jimmy, your right, that sandgater looks like he's building a new town.
