What is Santullo?

A syndrome where a white boy tries to pick up girls by asking them to grind and never taking no for an answer. The condition almost always results in Dancer's Hip, creeping people out, banging out, or all of the above.
Girl 1: Did you see that guy try to grind me?
Girl 2: Yeah, what a santullo. I bet he got dancer's hip with those moves. You going home with him?
