What is Sappington?

A sappington is a re-rack in 21 cup beer pong. When a team has 15 cups left they can get a re-rack in the shape of a large diamond resembling a very large vagina. I mean a huge vagina. The origin of the sappington derives from a small Colorado town.
"She always gets the dick, she has to have a sappington" or "Hey re-rack my cups into a sappington."
