What is Sarcronic?

Sarcronic is a combination of the two words: sarcastic and ironic. I'm high, but it works well when your trying to convey sarcasm with a little bit of internalized hatred in a jocular fashion.
Hey, I really like Ed Hardy. Oh wait, I was being sarcronic.
