One who sasses profoundly and does not hold back their true feelings. Specifically, they make their feelings well known by their attitude
A young boy says to an older man,
"Hey Old Man Rivers!"
to wich the Man responds,
"Boy, don't you sass me! Young Sassifrass."
Could also be used as a term for a young lady with personality and sex appeal.
