What is Saturday Night Wrist?

Refers to an urban ledgend of a guy at a college party getting too drunk and passing out onto his arm thereby cutting off the blood flow to the arm for the entire night. Waking up the next morning he finds that the the arm is numb and dead from lack of blood flow and later has to be amputated.
None it's an urban ledgend, but i heard that it actually happened a couple of times at college parties. True or not thats what saturday night wrist means
