A word that originated in the Bay Area (the 925). A word very similar to hyphyor crunk. describes something crazy, or dope. Can also mean to get pumped up for something or after acomplishing something and describing how you feel.

I cant wait to go to the club tonight and get Saunky. Damn, that car is Saunky.
