What is Sausage-jizz?

The jet of semen-like oil that spurts from a freshly cooked sausage when an instrument of cutlery is inserted. The jet often hits in the face and can be referred to as a Pork-shot.
I poked the sharp fork into the fresh o'hagen's sausage and a stream of sausage-jizz hit me in the eye with considerable force.
