What is Sauwaaal?

A word said by a first party who doesnot wish to reply an incredibly stupid question because the answer is plain obvious. Alternatively, its an acknowledgement to something incredibly obvious yet said unnecessarily. The first party then wonders about the intellect of the person who actually had the courage to ask such a dumb question or make a statement and on top of that expect a reply.

Andy: Sauwaaal
Ajey: Andy is the greatest person alive!
Andy: Sauwaaal
Vishal: Do you like chicken curry?
