to massively over process a basic daily function; also: to utilize brute force in situation(s) requiring delicacy and/or finesse; also: to lengthen a job process through either of the above reasons or your own ineptitude.
It took Tom three hours to find the correct light bulb, then once he did it took him another four hours to install it. Only to have him Savinate that one to the extent that he had to repeat the process all over.
