Acronym for the phrase “step back bitch before you feel the backhand”
Utilized by an individual who has a tendency to be impatient when interrupted by a bothersome person (usually female). Threatening the pesky bitch with a fierce slap on the left cheek with a firm swinging motion to, more often than not, beat the offender into submission and reign justice in the form of a red, hand-shaped mark upon all those who underestimate the supremacy of the backhand.
Britney: "Hey, John! Can I look at you? Can I touch the hem of your clothes? Can I worship the ground you walk on?"
