The feeling you get after a massive night on alcohol or better still, drugs (ecstacy, speed etc are prime examples.) Basically a hangover, but worse.
'How did you pull up mate?' 'Scagged as fuck man.'
'Mate i'm a fucking mess, scagged as fuck.'
