What is Scandalmeg?

An action whereby a person (usually military) uses their shower head to squirt water onto another person during communal showering. What is different about this and regular squirting is that the jet from person one is redirected off their gooshe or gusche and balls before making contact with person two therefore transmitting any unwashed debrit onto said person.
person 2: pass me the soap buck
person 1: okay hank, here
person 2 (hank): aaw buck you scandalmegged me again!
