When two people are having sex in complete darkness, and then immediately before climaxing, the penetrator pulls out and silently disappears. Right as the penetratee begins to ask "Where are you?" the penetrator jams whatever they were penetrating with into the penetratee's mouth and yells loudly. It's very scary.
