a holiday started by a bunch of gaykids and an emily in pennsylvania who felt like dressing ridiculously scene one day. the holiday was expanded into every 8th of the month. common practices include trashing the local diner, and hardcore dancingin sheetz parking lots. dress scene in any way shape or form, but the bandanaaround your neck will let the world know you're participating in scene day.
