A scenemaker is someone who draws attention to themselves by being loud, obnoxious, or rude. This person will often times make themselves feel like a fool around others, and in many cases will make their friends uncomfortable by being around them.
The woman went to go unlock her car and the alarm went off which caused everyone to turn around and stare at her until the she turned the alarm off. Everyone who was watching knew immediately she was a Scenemaker
The boy was trying to be funny when all he was doing was yelling and looking foolish. His friends pretended not to know him and everyone else tried to ignore him. It was obvious he was a Scenemaker
