When the man's scrotum gets hot and sweaty, it makes it quite sticky. This causes it to stick to the side of a mans leg, which is known as a schelg For Example:
"Oh man" A said to B on the hot summer day, "This schlegs really irritating me..." *Stands up and tries to discreetly seperate scrotum from side of leg*, "Aaaaah thats better"
