What is Schlifskeitis?

A disease where constant snorts with snot and spit and nastys is the problem. It's usually very loud and usually breaks the silence in the middle of class. Common in reading teachers.
Person A: Wow! Our teacher did a huge snort last period.
Person B: Yeah, I bet the whole school heard it! I bet she has schlifskeitis
