What is Schlogg?

An all purpose word, originally used to describe a slow jog. Then adapted to name the sprinter girls on a track team. "Schlogg" can be used to describe an infinate number of things having to do with running track.
When asked how fast to run a warm up, I told her just to schlogg it.
