What is Schmegal?

A dirty, staggering, drunken, smelly creature. Usually has its hands wrapped around a bottle of vodka murmuring "my precious" , "my precious". Also lives exclusively on a diet of salisbury steak which results in "ass puppets" galore!
Mike was a complete schmegal after another weekend of his usual behavior!
