A schmekus is someone who is being unbelievably doucheyor stupid. This is used in a playful manner from friend to friend, and if anyone uses this as an insult they are being a Schmekus.

Person 1: Helen Keller went to town riding on a pony, stuck a feather in her cap and called it AHGBFFTHHAHAAAAAAHHHHH
